The Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs contracts with ONTRACK Program Resources, Inc. to provide technical assistance (TA) and training services to California agencies, organizations, community groups (including faith-based organizations), to improve options and outcomes for substance using youth.  These services, provided free of charge, include individual consulting, staff training, and product development.  ONTRACK provides customized TA to meet the specific needs of the organization seeking to improve services for youth.
